High-Potential Group Development
Focuses on each individual’s strengths and opportunities for development as compared to the organization’s core leadership competencies. Differing from traditional group programs, we assess each leader’s individual growth opportunities and provide focused, one-on-one coaching that concentrates on 2 to 3 major potential-maximizing developmental objectives in a process that fully engages the participant.
Employee experience is an essential barometer of healthcare success. We assess current employee experience from the bottom up, and help senior leadership deﬁne the organizational experience they want for their employees. We leverage engagement survey data to target teams that need help and coach them toward a better employee experience and improved engagement scores.

The WJM Development Tracker™ is a smartphone app that provides real-time reinforcement of desired behavior in the context of individual coaching, team effectiveness and high-potential programs. The app helps rewire neural pathways with regular behavioral reminders, collects feedback from raters and charts progress over time against personal development goals. Over time, the Development Tracker™ quantifies the effectiveness of coaching for the entire organization by providing aggregate measurement of progress against goals for all coaching clients.
WJM OneView™ is an online platform providing clients with real-time visibility into each coaching assignment. OneView is “curated” by WJM’s VP of Coaching Services assuring consistent, rich, timely updates on each engagement. Alerts and links are automatically emailed to coaching stakeholders each time an update is entered for each engagement.

- WJM’s VP of Coaching Services actively manages all engagements across the client organization to deliver a ‘best in class’ experience. Once an individual engagement begins, we stay in close contact with the coach and client to ensure the process is moving forward appropriately and that all deadlines and expectations are being met. We also report on macro trends and organizational themes arising from all ongoing engagements.
